This year we're (re)Introducing PTA Reflections at Pinchbeck! 

Ok? What is that?
PTA Reflections is a nationally acclaimed student cultural arts program, recognizing children for their creativity. Students from Preschool through Grade 12 may participate and explore the arts based on a yearly theme. Students may show their personal interpretation of the theme in their choice of six categories: dance choreography, film production, literature, photography, music composition, and visual arts. For us, we'll have two age groups: K-2 and 3-5.

Is there a theme?
Yes, and this year the theme is "I'm hopeful because..."
So start brainstorming ideas. 

Submissions can be made starting November 1st with a deadline of Friday, December 1st.

Calling all artists!  Send in your entry for the yearbook cover no later than December 1st.  The front cover winner will receive a free yearbook!  For details on how to create and submit your masterpiece, click here.

Mark your calendars now! January 17h 2024 will be here before we know it! If you've got a talent to show off, come be a part of the showcase! Keep an eye out for the Sign Up sheet in the next few weeks!

Volunteers will be welcomed and needed. There will be a Sign Up sheet for volunteers posted in the upcoming weeks as well. 

Talent show is scheduled for February 28th, 2024

• PTA Newsletter & Calendar: the Newsletter is emailed every Monday, full of information regarding upcoming events. Create an account on the PTA website and then, under the tab “My Account”, select “Newsletter/Calendar Subscriptions” to Receive the Weekly PTA Newsletter and sign up for the calendar.
• PTA Facebook page: Visit www.facebook.com/group/PincheckRaysPTA to request access. This is a private group with members having a student connection to the school. It's a great place to stay up to date on what's happening with the PTA.

• PTA Instagram: Our newest venture into social media is the Pinchbeck PTA Instagram @pinchbeckrayspta. Please tag us in any school-related posts!

• Your child’s Room Parent! You can reach out to them at any time. If you aren’t sure who the room parent is for your class, just ask your child’s teacher.
