The yearbook pre-order deadline is Friday, January 26th. Last year we SOLD OUT of yearbooks, so please do not forget to pre-order a yearbook now! Each yearbook is $30, payable online at www.pinchbeckpta.com. Or to pay with cash or check, print out and complete THIS FORM then return it to school with your payment. Please make checks payable to "Pinchbeck Elementary PTA”

Did you know PTA memberships need to be renewed each school year?
Did you also know multiple adults can join the PTA in each household/family?

Joining the PTA for $5 is a great way to become aware of what's going on at Pinchbeck!

Pinchbeck will be hosting a PTA Membership Drive through 12/15/23. The classroom with the most PTA members will win a popsicle party! Each membership counts, so have grandma and grandpa join too. If you've already joined for this school year, that's great and your membership will count toward your student's classroom total. If you have more than one student, we will count a membership for each class. Memberships need to be submitted by 12/15 to be counted for the contest. Please reach out to your student's teacher, guidance counselor or membership@pinchbeckpta if the cost of joining is prohibitive. Click here to join now!

**PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR STUDENT'S GRADE AND TEACHER ARE UP TO DATE ON THE PTA WEBSITE SO THE CORRECT CLASSROOM GETS CREDIT** To do this, you need to have an account on the PTA website and update your student information. Click here to set up your account. While you're there, sign up for the newsletter so you can be up to date on all the PTA events at Pinchbeck.

**As a reminder, students participating in the talent show are required to have at least one parent volunteer. Your support is needed and appreciated!

• PTA website:pinchbeckpta.membershiptoolkit.com. You can make an account to have access to all sorts of information. You can also link the PTA and HCPS county calendars to your phone’s calendar so you never miss an event (or half-day….).
• PTA Newsletter & Calendar: the Newsletter is emailed every Monday, full of information regarding upcoming events. Create an account on the PTA website and then, under the tab “My Account”, select “Newsletter/Calendar Subscriptions” to Receive the Weekly PTA Newsletter and sign up for the calendar.
• PTA Facebook page: Visit www.facebook.com/group/PincheckRaysPTA to request access. This is a private group with members having a student connection to the school. It's a great place to stay up to date on what's happening with the PTA.

• PTA Instagram: Our newest venture into social media is the Pinchbeck PTA Instagram @pinchbeckrayspta. Please tag us in any school-related posts!

• Your child’s Room Parent! You can reach out to them at any time. If you aren’t sure who the room parent is for your class, just ask your child’s teacher.
