  • 5/20: 

    • Final PTA Board Meeting, 5:00 PM. 

    • End of Year Picnic, 5:30-7:30 PM. 

      • Bring your own dinner OR stop by the PTA tables to pick up your pre-ordered Papa John’s Pizza.  

      • Purchase bottled water/chips for $1 each, cash/card.

      • Purchase Kona Ice, cash/card, with 20% of sales back to our school!

      • Pick up your pre-ordered yearbook or purchase one at the PTA tables for $30, cash/card.

      • Purchase Spirit Wear at once-a-year SALE PRICES, cash/card!

      • Stick around and find out if you are the lucky winner of the Diamonds Direct necklace raffle!

      • Sign your friends’ yearbooks, play Gaga Ball, and ENJOY!

  • 5/28: 5th Grade Graduations Ceremony & Party.  ALL 5th GRADE FAMILIES:PLEASE SIGN UP HERE TO HELP!

Yearbook Distribution at the End of Year Picnic

The 2024-2025 Pinchbeck yearbooks are here and will be distributed during the end of year picnic on Tuesday, May 20! If you have not ordered your copy, there is still time! Each yearbook is $30, payable when you order online at the PTA website (pinchbeckpta@membershiptoolkit.com).

Order Pizza for the Picnic!

We are trying something NEW and EASY for our End of Year Picnic on Tuesday, May 20th, from 5:30-7:30!  We are offering Papa John's Pizza for you to preorder and pick up at the picnic!  

Pinchbeck will receive 20% of sales and 100% of tips, so you can help yourself AND our school at the same time!

Volunteer for the 5th Grade Party

Attention, fifth grade families - planning is underway for our end of year celebration! See below for information regarding the end of year party which will be held on Wednesday, May 28 from 12pm - 2pm.
