You're on for hosting a Staff Appreciation Luncheon on Wednesday, November 12th! Let's treat our amazing teachers & staff for all their hard work. 4th Graders visit National Parks for FREE!

Enjoy national parks, lands, waters, and historical sites for a full year for FREE! Passes begin 9/1/2025 and expire 8/31/2026. Click the link to complete the short application and begin to explore our wonderful country with your family!

Volunteer with the PTA!

It takes all of us to make the Pinchbeck Elementary PTA and all of the PTA-sponsored events and programs the best they can be for our students and community! We'd love your involvement, at any level that works for you, this school year. There are many ways and times of year that you can volunteer your time.  Please take a moment to visit the PTA Volunteer website and share your interests/talents by clicking on the Volunteer Interest Form. We are excited to connect with you!

Volunteer Opportunities!

Art Night: work together with the ART teacher and school staff to plan and display students’ art for families to see

Students vs. Teacher Basketball game: work with the school staff to organize a basketball game between 5th grade students and teachers – lots of fun!

STEAM Night: with the school STEAM committee and 4th grade teachers, help to plan and execute event with various stations and activities focused on science, technology, engineering, arts and math

Winter Dance: communicate with school and plan a dance open to all Pinchbeck families; set up, decorate, plan refreshments and activities

Talent Show Committee: help with student auditions and practices, and with organizing talent show; decorate the cafeteria, sells tickets and concessions

Membership Committee: help with membership drive and additional recruiting throughout the year, help to man tables at school events to increase awareness of PTA and importance of membership 

Yearbook Committee: assist with creating and publishing Pinchbeck’s annual yearbook, distribute material relating to the sale of the book and assist with distribution in the spring; help to ensure all students have returned signed releases for yearbook photos

Council Representative: attend Henrico County Council of PTA meetings, report council’s activities to the Pinchbeck PTA Board

MaryBeth Graff Scholarship Committee: contact Henrico County PTAs by letter to solicit donations for the scholarship fund, create and distribute information about the scholarship, review and select scholarship recipients(s) from Henrico County high schools and present scholarship to recipient(s)
