Fundraising

The majority of the PTA's annual budget is raised through donations to the Sunshine Fund, promotions run by local and national companies, and Spirit Nights held at local restaurants.  Many of these fundraisers, including Kroger Community Rewards and Amazon Smile, are easy for our families to participate in at no additional expense, yet still give back to our Pinchbeck community. Through the Sunshine Fund, your family can make a tax-deductible monetary donation to the Pinchbeck PTA.  A direct donation to the PTA ensures that 100% of your contribution goes directly to the students and staff at Pinchbeck. A $50 donation per family is suggested, but any amount of donation is helpful and greatly appreciated!

PTA-sponsored Spirit Nights encourage Pinchbeck families, friends, and neighbors to eat at a specific restaurant. A portion of the sales from that night come back to the Pinchbeck PTA to help fund the many programs and events we love at Pinchbeck! Check the PTA Website Calendar for upcoming Spirit Night dates and locations and be sure to mention “Pinchbeck” when ordering! Look at the "Spirit Night" webpage for upcoming events.

Download the Box Tops app, identify Pinchbeck as your school (#125350), shop as you normally would, then use the app to scan your store receipt within 14 days of purchase. The app will identify Box Tops products on your receipt and automatically credit Pinchbeck’s earnings online. Each Box Tops is worth .10 cents for Pinchbeck!

These programs (excluding the Sunshine Fund) earn over $5,000 on average each year for Pinchbeck School and the Pinchbeck PTA! You need to re-designate Pinchbeck each year for Kroger Community Rewards and for Publix Partners in September.
