What is the fastest way to feel connected to the Pinchbeck community?

  • Come to PTA meetings and school events
  • Review the different committees and volunteer opportunities on the PTA website
  • Use the resources and tools below to stay up to date on events and activities so you can be better engaged in your student's school life.

 

Below are descriptions for each communication tool that the PTA uses at Pinchbeck. 

 

1. The PTA Website- review the information on the different tabs to educate yourself on how the PTA supports Pinchbeck- and look at the Calendar of Events.

 

2. Sign up for an online PTA website account to gain access to forms, documents, directories and pay for many activities and products.

 

3. Sign up for the PTA Weekly Newsletter (in your PTA website account) which is emailed each Monday.

 

4. Enter your family's information for the Online School Directory (in your PTA website account). Interested in inviting students to a birthday party, want to make a playdate with a new school friend- you will need access to the Online School Directory!

 

5. Join the Pinchbeck Rays PTA Facebook Group. This page contains real-time information for events, contests, school activities as well as provides access to Pinchbeck families that contain a wealth of information on Pinchbeck life and community events and resources. You do not need to have a PTA membership to join this group!

 

6. Follow Pinchbeck Rays on Instagram! This page contains real-time information for events, contests, school activities. You do not need to have a PTA membership to join this group!

 

6. READ the yellow PTA Flyers in the Blue Student Communication Folders that students bring home every Wednesday. Yellow paper = PTA sponsored.

 

7. READ the Principal's Pinchbeck Post. A digital newsletter issued every Sunday. Some information will overlap with the PTA Newsletter, and some will be school specific... it's important to read both!

 

8. Visit the Pinchbeck Elementary School Website, and follow us on our social media accounts: Pinchbeck Elementary School Facebook page, Instagram and Twitter.
