Fill out a Volunteer Application
If you would like to volunteer in your child's classroom or in the school, chaperone field trips, visit the school for any reason, you need to have a volunteer form on file. You must fill a new one out each school year.

Register and Join
Register for a PTA website account to make purchases such as Spirit Wear, Yearbooks, PTA Memberships, and Sunshine Fund donations- just to name a few. Having an account does not require you to be a PTA member. An online account also gives you access to our Faculty and Staff Favorite Things, PTA Forms and Documents, Volunteer Sign Ups, Online School Directory, and the PTA Newsletter- it's all easy to access online when you have an account!
If you've already registered, make sure you log in and UPDATE your information for the current school year!
After you've registered, why not join the Pinchbeck PTA! While PTA Membership is not a requirement to volunteer or be an active member of the PES community, PTA Membership does provide you with a "voting voice" to be an advocate on your students' behalf for how PTA funds are allocated for programs and events during the school year. Not sure what the PTA does or why it's needed or what we fund? Visit our Membership, Programs & Events, and Fundraising tabs to see what programs we sponsor and how we raise funds to support PES. Your small membership fee also helps us meet our funding goals, and a strong PTA membership is essential for supporting our faculty, staff, and students. Membership is for everyone- parents, guardians, faculty, staff, and the family and friends of students- all are encouraged to join!
